Pope Francis loses his cool! The pontiff was greeting fans in a stadium Tuesday in the western Mexican city of Morelia, Juarez, near the Mexican and American border. Someone apparently grabbed him by the hand and wouldn't let go, causing him to fall on a wheelchair bound man and kiss him.
The look on his face after the mishap was shocking to onlookers. After regaining his balance, he angrily scolded the person who pulled him down yelling “Don’t be selfish! Don’t be selfish!” His normally smiling face morphed into a look of anger as he yelled at the person in the crowd.
It is common for crowds to reach out and touch Pope Francis.
Shortly after the incident, an announcement came on the stadium's speakers: "We are asking you to be careful," the announcer said. "Please contain yourself. Pope Francis wants to greet us, but if we pile up, it will be difficult to do so."
Juarez Mexico, is known as the murder capital of the world, and sits just across the Rio Grande from El Paso, Texas.
